Managing Your Account

Everything you need to know about signing in to Roflow with Roblox, managing your subscription and billing, and signing out.

Signing in with Roblox

Roflow uses your Roblox account to sign in — there's no separate email and password to create or remember.

When you sign in, Roflow opens the official Roblox website in your browser. You complete sign-in there (keeping the Roflow app open), authorize Roflow, and the app connects automatically. Once you're signed in, your Roblox display name, username, and avatar appear in Roflow Home and in Settings.

You'll sign in during the first-run setup wizard, and again any time you've signed out. Signing in is free to try — no credit card required.

For a full walkthrough of your first sign-in and connecting Roblox Studio, see First Launch.

Where you manage your account

Your account settings live in two places, each with a different job:

WhereWhat you do there
Roflow app → SettingsSee your signed-in Roblox account, your current plan and AI usage, and sign out. Open Settings from the gear or account icon in the bottom-left of the app.
roflow.co (Manage Subscription)Change plans, cancel or reactivate, and update payment methods or view invoices. This is at roflow.co/account/subscription.

The app's Settings page includes Upgrade, Manage, and View usage links that open the website, so you can jump straight to billing when you need it. All actual billing changes happen on roflow.co.

Managing your subscription

Your subscription page on the website shows the state of your account at a glance:

  • Current plan — Community (free), Pro, or Pro+.
  • Status — whether your subscription is active.
  • Current period end — the date your current billing period runs through.
  • Renewal — whether auto-renew is on, or the plan is set to cancel at period end.

To open it, sign in on roflow.co and go to Manage Subscription (or use the Manage link in the app's Settings).

Upgrading or downgrading

You can change plans at any time.

  • Moving from Community to a paid plan: choose Pro or Pro+ from the pricing page and complete checkout.
  • Switching between Pro and Pro+: use the Switch to Pro / Switch to Pro+ action on the Manage Subscription page.

How the timing works:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you're charged the difference for the rest of your current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's features until then.

Higher tiers give you a larger monthly AI budget and access to more capable AI models. If you've run out of your AI allowance for the month, upgrading is the fastest way to keep going — see Usage for details.

Canceling and reactivating

You can cancel anytime through the billing portal, reachable from the Open Billing Portal button on the Manage Subscription page.

  • After you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account returns to the free Community plan automatically.
  • Your projects and data are kept — canceling only changes your plan, not your work.
  • A pending cancellation can be reactivated any time before it takes effect, which turns auto-renew back on.

Invoices and payment methods

The same billing portal is where you review past invoices and update your payment method. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.

Signing out

To sign out, open Settings in the Roflow app and use the Sign out control. Signing out returns you to the setup wizard, where you can sign back in with Roblox whenever you're ready. Your projects stay on your computer while you're signed out.
